Welcome to Masahati (mymasahati.com). These terms govern your use of the website and the service. By creating an account or using the service you accept them and the privacy policy, so please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• "Service": the Masahati platform and every tool it offers through the website.
• "We" or "Masahati": the operator of the service.
• "User" or "you": anyone who creates an account or uses the service.
• "Content": everything you enter, upload or bring into your account: data, files and emails.

2. The service

Masahati is a digital workspace for organising tasks, projects, companies, subscriptions and reports, and for bringing your mailboxes into one place, with AI assistance. We may develop the service and add, change or stop features. We will tell you in advance about any material change that affects your plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract under the laws of Saudi Arabia. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

4. Account and security

Give accurate details and keep them up to date, keep your password secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for everything done from your account.

If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password at once and tell us through the contact page.

5. Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• break the laws of Saudi Arabia, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law and the Personal Data Protection Law;
• send spam, fraudulent or abusive messages, or impersonate anyone;
• connect a mailbox you do not own or are not allowed to connect (for a work email, make sure your employer permits it);
• upload unlawful content or malware, or try to break into, disrupt or reach other users' data;
• copy or resell the service, or automate it beyond normal use.

6. Your content

Your content stays yours. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide the service to you (store, show and send it, and analyse it when you ask). You are responsible for your content being lawful and for having the consent of people whose data you keep in your account, such as clients and team members.

7. Connected email

When you connect a mailbox, the service fetches your inbox (in Gmail, the Primary tab only) and sends replies from it when you ask. Deleting a message in Masahati moves it to your mailbox's Trash. Disconnecting the mailbox stops syncing and deletes the copies we keep. We recommend an app password rather than your main email password.

8. AI

AI output is machine-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it or sending it; it is not professional, legal or financial advice.

Nothing that changes your data or sends a message runs without your approval. Each plan has an allowance of points, used with every request.

9. Plans and payments

Plan prices and features are shown in Saudi riyals on the website before you subscribe, including VAT where due.

The service is currently in a free beta and nothing is charged. We will give you enough notice before payment starts, and you will not be moved to a paid plan without your consent.

Once payment starts, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Under the E-Commerce Law you may cancel and get a refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have not started using the paid plan's features. Extra AI points are not refundable once used.

10. Intellectual property

The service, its design, logo, software and texts belong to Masahati and are protected by law. Using the service gives you no rights in them beyond personal use under these terms.

11. Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and may pause for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Keep copies of important data; you can export it from the pages that offer it.

12. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, data lost through misuse, or third-party services such as your email provider. In any case our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

13. Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page; your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or at the request of a competent authority, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will publish the new version here with its date. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the service before they take effect; using the service afterwards means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We aim to settle any dispute amicably first; otherwise the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction. If the Arabic and English texts differ, the Arabic text prevails.
